2. SPecies' LImits by Threshold Statistics - splits contains tools for delimiting species and automated taxonomy at many levels of biological organization (eg. 4. tables: Compute and format tables - Development of the tables package has moved to Github: https://github.com/dmurdoch/tables.
This site will contain the history before the move (i.e. up to version 0.9.10).
This project provides a formula interface to construct tables. It is mainly intended to produce Sweave output. (It was inspired by old memories of SAS PROC TABULATE, but the syntax is not compatible.)
