Summary:
When using mmscore, there is one (nan) column missing in the output for low-frequency SNPs |
Detailed description |
For low frequency SNPs ProbABEL prints nan for beta and SE_beta.
However, when using palinear with --mmscore the nan (probably of the chi^2) is missing, so in the output file not every line has the same number of columns. This makes it difficult to read the output file into R.
