The latest version of BATMAN is not working with up to date R versions (3.4.3 here), in both Linux (Ubuntu 16.04 and 17.10) and Windows 10 (irrespective of OS).
The error message is:
Reading in saved data in folder
Error in x[j + 2L] != x[j + 3L] :
comparison of these types is not implemented
This happens immediately after the C++ component runs successfully (all txt files are generated) and the time elapsed dialogue appears, so it seems it is occurring in the R functions that parse these files to generate pdf's and wrap up the output of the C function call.
