Summary:
Build problem for survival

Detailed description
Both coxme and survival now use the noweb system for some of their code; many of the .R files are built on the fly via the configure script.
R CMD INSTALL works fine, but I'm having a non-reproducable error with R CMD check -- it doesn't always run the configure script. When this happens the test suite for survival fails fairly early on when it doesn't find the survfit.coxph routine.

I was looking at the nightly builds to see if there is evidence of this on r-forge, but the scripts are mostly unavailable. (I also don't know if I got the config.win right).
a. When will they become available? (days, weeks, moths)
b. Any direct insight into the issue?

I just finished an update and wish to check the results before sending it to CRAN.

Thank,
Terry

Dear Terry,

checks are currently unavailable as we need to upgrade computational infrastructure. We already ordered a new system which is capable to run the checks for all packages on R-Forge. It will be set up after useR! and the system should be running from mid August on at the latest.

Best,
stefan
