0. Quasi-likelihood parameter estimation- The package provides methods for parameter estimation for statistical models that can be simulated. We follow a quasi-likelihood approach to estimate the unknown parameter by the root of the so-called quasi-score estimating function.
1. Stereological Unfolding- Stereological unfolding estimates the joint size-shape-orientation distribution of spheroidal
shaped particles based on the same measured quantities of corresponding planar
vertical section profiles.

10. Hierarchical Generalized Linear Models- The aim of the project is to develop a series of packages, including the hglm package, which implement the estimation algorithm of different random effects models based on the hierarchical likelihood theory.
17. Bayesian Time-Strat. Population Analysis- BTSPAS provides advanced Bayesian methods to estimate abundance and run-timing from temporally-stratified Petersen mark-recapture experiments. Methods include hierarchical modelling of the capture probabilities and spline smoothing of the daily run size.
