660. sfaR - The sfaR package provides a set of tools (maximum likelihood - MLE and maximum simulated likelihood - MSL) for various specifications of stochastic frontier analysis.

661. orloca - Planar point location problem - ORLOCA (Operations Research LOCational Analysis) deals with facility location problems.
The most known is the min-sum or Fermat-Weber location problem, which seeks for a point such that the weighted sum of the distances to the demand set are minimized.

662. lefko3: matrix projection models - Project lefko3 is intended to provided utilities to estimate and analyze population matrix projection models (MPMs). Its focus is on the development of historical MPMs, including raw and function-based, but also develops normal, "ahistorical" MPMs, age-by-stage MPMs, and integral projection models (IPMs).

663. ADEA - Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) seeks to compare the relative efficiency of a group's decision units (DMU).
This package provides additional features to support variable selection, restricted DEA models, and leverage analysis.
The selection of variables in DEA is a cornerstone, because efficiency results hardly depend on that selection. A measured, called load, allows handling that selection. In the package to do it two step-by-step functions are provided.
Sometimes the reasons for external analysis require that the contributions of variables to the DEA be restricted in a range. Another function is also provided for this purpose.
Another feature provided allows us to find which DMUs cause the most significant changes in the results so that we can handle them properly.

664. Rmpfr: Multiple Precision Floatingpoint - Multiple precision numbers & computations for R via GNU MPFR http://www.mpfr.org
S4 classes and methods, e.g., for 2-argument dispatch in arithmetic.
Considering interface to GMP-based R packages using MP integer or rational arithmetic.

667. Interface to use SIMPLACE from R - Package simplace is an interface to the crop modelling framwork SIMPLACE (www.simplace.net). It provides high level functions to run simulations and transform the output into R objects.
To get the actual development version, you can use devtools::install_github('gk-crop/simplace_rpkg'). See https://github.com/gk-crop/simplace_rpkg for more information.

668. arbR - An R interface to Arblib - abrR - An R interface to Arb(lib).
Arblib is a (Free Software) C library for arbitrary-precision ball arithmetic,
https://arblib.org/
In some sense a generalization from Rmpfr, as the Arb library is based on
FLINT, MPFR, and GMP. All four of these C libraries are readily available under the LGPL and also as packages in Linux distributions such as Debian, Fedora, Ubuntu, etc.
