Immunohistochemical slide classifer - Whole-slide quantification of IHC staining remains a challenge. While some systems allow for the quantification in a small region, whole-slide analysis is prohibitive. IHClassify provides utility for whole-slide classification of stained regions.

immunoassay - The purpose of this project is to allow fine-tuning of sigmoidal models beyond the limits of instrument software; and to provide functions for batch processing of output files and creation of reports with nice graphics.
