deSolve: Differential Equation Solvers  deSolve is a collection of solvers, mostly from the 'lsode' family of solvers. deSolve provides R interfaces to solvers for stiff and nonstiff systems, and can take system descriptions in R, or as defined in dynamically loaded compiled code.
