flightcallr - acoustic classification: Project Home – R-Forge

Project description

Functions for separating avian nocturnal flight calls from false detections. Acoustic features are calculated through the seewave package and a randomForest classifier is used. Functions for using cross-validation to constrain TPR or FPR are included.
