I am encountering an issue with while loops in RGGRunner (Windows XP). I have some working R code. I tested my interface .rgg code without any R code and it works fine. When I add my R code in "chunks", it works (creates the gui and executes) correctly, except that when I add a chunk of code containing a while loop (even a basic test while loop), it won't even open the .rgg file and shows a java.lang.NullPointerException in the lower right corner. Is there a particular indentation pattern that it expects? Has anyone else had this problem? Benjamin |
