Hello Francesco,

biomod2 is now completely developed and managed on github.
We try to gather all issues there as well, to facilitate our maintenance job, and so other users can also check if they have the same questions / issues.
Please repost your question here : https://github.com/biomodhub/biomod2/issues
and we will answer you as fast as possible.

Dear Biomod2 developers,

with the function bm_PlotResponseCurves() (see attached graph) I can plot all the runs I did for several model algorithms.

Until now, I managed to plot each RUN, but I would like to plot directly the average and confidence interval based on 100 RUNs for each algorithm.

Is it possible to achieve this directly with the bm_PlotResponseCurves()?

Thanks in advances,

cheers

Francesco
