TIMPGUI, later rebranded to Glotaran, and now maintained as glotaran-legacy on github (https://github.com/glotaran/glotaran-legacy/) is no longer undergoing significant development. Depending on your use case, the R-package paramGUI may be a suitable alternative.
You may also wish to take a peek into the feature of global and target analysis, by looking at the Python package pyglotaran: https://github.com/glotaran/pyglotaran
