OPI v1.6 now on CRAN [ Reply ] By: Andrew Turpin on 2013-08-13 09:11 | [forum:39777] |
Dear all, The latest version of OPI (1.6) is on R-forge, but not on CRAN. It includes a few bug fixes, a good ZEST implementation, and a new Simulation mode that includes Henson variability (ie standard deviation of FoS curves based on threshold) and response times (drawn from a data set that Allison and Jonathan collected.) Note that in these later versions you must name all parameters to OPI functions. Also there's a ZEST24-2 and a generalised HFA growth pattern routine on the OPI www site: http://people.eng.unimelb.edu.au/aturpin/opi/examples.html Coming soon: multi-path kinetic stimuli, a Ruby port of the OPI for Octopus900 to assist gaze tracking, and your contributions... Cheers, Andrew |
