Summary: Version 4 released with Bayesian list experiment regression
Project: list

Content:

A new version of the "list" package with statistical methods for list experiments is now available. It can be installed by typing install.packages("list") in R.

The new version includes a variety of improvements and bug fixes, as well as a new Bayesian MCMC implementation of regression for the standard list experiment. This will make estimating more complicated models possible, with many covariates and interaction terms, and will alleviate many potential estimation problems some users encounter with the maximum likelihood and non-linear least squares estimators. The syntax for the command is similar to that for the other estimators. Type help("ictregBayes") in R for more information.

We welcome any feedback on this new release, and please feel free to post general questions to the mailing list by writing to listpackage-discuss at lists.r-forge.r-project.org.
