As an R user who just wants to compute expm for large sparse matrices, could someone answer: What is the current status of the expm package ? How does it compare with expm in the Matrix package ? Would an R wrapper for the expokit Fortran package http://www.maths.uq.edu.au/expokit/ be useful ? |
