Hi Caoyuan, You may need to find out a good beat detector dedicated to photoplethysmograms. Though such a tool is likely to have been developed in R language, most beat detectors are now developed in python, matlab or julia. Philippe |

Hi, I used Emprica Embraceplus to collect some data. However, they provided the raw data only included blood volume pulse data. I do not know how to do the heart rate variability using these data.sample rate = 64Hz Thanks. |
