Looking at the file content it seems to me that the column would be "BVP HR (Smoothed)". From the names of the columns, it seems to me that there is none that is distance between beats, or heart rate from an ECG. But I don't know the device you are using. | Hi, i'm trying to load the data to the HRV structure, but i can't find the correct column in my file (*.txt) that contains the RR data. I'm using an old biograph infinity to register responses, that software produced a file with multiple fisical and virtual channels separated by commas in the file. I added the file hoping that someone could help me. Thanks! | |
