Dear Cardoso,

Have you tried to update both 'nonlinearTseries' and 'RHRV' as suggested? If so, can you please provide the error message?

kind regards

Dear M. Eeftens,

RHRV nor its dependencies currently use the TSA package (otherwise, they will be removed from CRAN). Try updating both RHRV and nonlinearTseries to solve the issue.

Kind regards

I just installed the RHRV package. It seems there is (or used to be) a dependency called "TSA" which was removed from the CRAN repository on 4 May 2020 according to: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/TSA/index.html

I'm wondering if the dependency TSA is still necessary for RHRV? It seems I'm having trouble to load even some of the most basic things, e.g.:

hrv.data = RHRV::LoadBeatAscii(hrv.data, "example.beats",RecordPath = "J:/ThisIsThePathOfMyexample.beatsFile")
Error in loadNamespace(i, c(lib.loc, .libPaths()), versionCheck = vI[[i]]) :
there is no package called ‘TSA’
