Hi, I am not sure to which function are you referring to. If you are talking about the CreateTimeAnalysis function, you should use a smaller window size than the whole recording, since it is used to compute the SDANN and SDNNIDX parameters (which account for changes between short segments). Hence, the window size is not about how much recording is going to be analyzed. Kind Regards

Hi, I have a general question about the window size. If my recordings are 20 minutes long and I want to analyze the whole segment, should I set the window size as 1200s rather than 300s. Basically, shouldn't my window size depend the how much of the recording I want to analyze. Cheers!
