| Thanks very much. The disappearing points at 90 degrees are indeed fixed. I still don't understand why the location of the points shift in plot() between stacked=FALSE and stacked=TRUE. | |

I'm having problems in circular with points at 90 degrees (East) disappearing. The following script will illustrate the problem: test=c(rep(0,5),rep(90,5),rep(180,5),rep(270,5)) # 5 points on each quadrat circ<-circular(test,units="degrees",template="geographics") # make circular plot(circ) # points overlapping plot(circ, stack=T) # points shifted, stacked, and 90 degree points VANISH! rose.diag(circ) # 90 degree plots not plotted Does anyone have any ideas why these points disappear? |
