Error in svd(jacobbis): infinite or missing [ Reply ] By: Marco Iocchi on 2010-07-05 10:02 | [forum:3087] |
Hi everyone, I have tried to use mmmSAR package for two different datasets: the first one (S_1.txt) with 20 geographical units the second one (S_2.txt) with 18 geographical units (I have excluded the last two from the first dataset) the multiSAR porcedure failed for the first dataset: Error in svd(jacobbis) : infinite or missing values in 'x' while for the second one the procedure has given all the expected results. can you help me understand the reasons of the failure? I attached here the first dataset thank in advance for your help best regards -- Marco Iocchi |
