For reasons I do not understand, the MacOS build at R-Forge fails because the RBGL and graph packages (from Bioconductor) are said not to be available. The Windows build appears to work fine.

So if you are separately able to install RBGL and graph, and are know how to install packages from source on MacOS, I would be grateful if you could download the source Vennerable package from
http://download.r-forge.r-project.org/bin/windows/contrib/latest/Vennerable_3.0.zip
and give me some feedback as I do not have access to a Mac.

The Vennerable package should, AFAIK, work with R 2.15.2.

Hello,

When I try to install the package on MacOS 10.8 & R 2.15.2, I get this error:

Warning message:
package 'Vennerable' is not available (for R version 2.15.2)

How come it doesn't work on R 2.15?

Is there a workaround?

Thanks in advance!

Vennerable should now be available again with eg
install.packages("Vennerable", repos="http://R-Forge.R-project.org")

Please let me know if you have problems.

The link to the Mac Binary file is empty and not file a binary file that can be installed. Any Solutions?

I don't know why binary builds of Vennerable stopped being available from R-Forge; it was not because of any package bug. But in any case it is now available again.
