Hi, sorry, but this functionality is already not supported in JUICE, which is why it may not work. There are too many possible reasons why the old version of JUICE 7.0 and old version of R may not work well (e.g. because other packages in old R may not be already available), so it is impossible to help with debugging. Sorry for that! Consider exporting data from JUICE by yourself and analyse them in R - it is actually not that difficult to do (if you know how to do R coding). Sorry for not being more helpful. Hi,
I have been trying to run DCA but JUICE shows one of the two errors

1- "The package VEGAN is used or was installed incorrectly. Please update it once more"
2- "The process was terminated without success!!!".

I have tried running the ordination using the latest versions of both R(4.3.1) and Juice(7.1). With the latest version i encountered 2nd problem, but when i switched to Juice 7.0 then it showed the 1st problem. I have tried R version 4.0 3.6.1, 3.6.0 3.5.0, 2.9.0 but i continue to encounter one of these two problems. I have installed Ordijuice using "install.packages("remotes")
remotes::install_github("zdealveindy/ordijuice") and vegan from the CRAN mirrors
