Dear Oksana, This sounds like a JUICE problem. Please, update first to the latest version of JUICE (should be 7.0.148) and try again (with R version 2.9.0) to see whether it works or not. Cheers David |

After quick JUICE updating the Ordinations module using R-project stopped working. Error 5 Description: Invalid procedure call or argument Project: juice Module: COCTAIL3 Procedure: exp_ell Line: 172 Version: 7.0.84. Some time before ordination analysis was successfull using R 2.9.0. I reinstalled Juice and R-project - the same no results both with R2.9.0. and R.3.2.3. Please, give some ideas! |
