Hi Petro, please note that this functionality in JUICE is not maintained anymore, and whether it works or not depends on too many factors (using the old version of R with all installed packages - although ordijuice package is available for old version and is functional, the other packages may already not be available in the original version and thus may not correctly work). I am sorry, but it may be impossible to solve this problem, unless we release new ordijuice version (which we don't plan on doing at this point).

Hello! I followed your tutorial here https://davidzeleny.net/wiki/doku.php/ordijuice:operate in order to get a 3d ordination plot. But nothing has happened... R (3.6.1) is starting but not finishing. As for 2d plot, everything was OK. How can I fix such a mistake? I'm rather a novice in Juice 7.1, maybe I missed something in the software's previous settings?

If you have a specific problem with some of the functions linked to unconstrained ordinations in JUICE, this is the right place for you!
