A new version of picante (0.5-1) has been submitted to CRAN

New features
* phylosor (phylogenetic beta diversity measure)

Bugfixes
* cleaning documentation files to pass stricter CRAN checks
* updated species.dist function: changed label of species co-occurrence metric "ROij" to "DOij" to match use in the literature
