New version of the Australian soil texture diagram

A new version of the Australian soil texture diagram has been added (AU2.TT). The old version (AU.TT) will remain unchanged for backward compatibility.

Added Polish and two German texture triangles

The definition of the Poslih texture triangle (and polish language), as well as 2 German texture triangles "SEA 1974" and "TGL 1985" has been added to the package.

Added the Romanian texture triangle

The ISSS soil texture triangle has been added to the list of pre-defined triangles, Many thanks to Rosca Bogdan (from Romanian Academy, Iasi Branch, Geography team) for providing the triangle's code. Bogdan also provided triangle's axis labels and titles translations in Romanian.

Added the Canadian texture triangle

The Canadian soil texture triangle has been added to the list of pre-defined triangles, both with English and French texture classes abbreviations (2 versions). See ?TT.plot()

A project page has been created on r-forge for The Soil Texture Wizard, and the source code has been uploaded on the project's SCM. The code is presumably stable, but only TT.plot() is properly documented at the moment.
