   <description>I have got some R scripts which are not very efficient but the ideas are there ... Well the methodology has been published in a few papers (visit c3s2i.free.fr/DidierGLeibovici) and a maybe too straightforward implementation has ben used. I am thinking now of using more of 1) spatial indexing 2) parallel programming when browsing the spatial processes to gather the &amp;quot;queried&amp;quot; oreder k-co-occurrences counts.&lt;br /&gt;
So, just starting today this R-Forge repository to find help and contributors /co-authors for this package.&lt;br /&gt;
