mefa 2.0 on CRAN

The mefa 2.0 is available on CRAN. I have completely revised the code to speed up data processing. In addition, many new methods are available for manipulating the community data matrix and related data tables for samples and taxa as well. A new vignette will be available soon.

Some further paragraphs on the project are available in my R-Forge dairy:
mefa 1.1-2 on CRAN

The mefa 1.1-2 is on CRAN now. This is a bugfix release, and includes a new generic for reporting, an updated vignette and some new functions (as.mefa, accumulate). The code is slightly adjusted according to forthcoming object classes (xclist, mflist) available in a patch file (these will be incorporated into the next major release).

mefa 1.0-4 on CRAN

I put latest version of 'mefa' package to CRAN. It includes S3 methods for object classes, and several improvements. Code of classes were entirely rewritten for consistency. I have tested it for 2 months using several real data sets (as part of my research): it worked well. Bug in 'report.mefa' will be fixed in the next release (it is already done at r-forge SVN repository).
