Summary:
NAs in DEM argument of topidx() causes error

Detailed description
If you try to calculate the topidx() of a DEM containing NAs it returns the following error:

> topidx(DEM, 90)
Error in if (min(DEM@data < -9000)) stop("DEM contains unrealistic values (< -9000)") :
argument is not interpretable as logical

But this doesn't seem to be intended, because the next line in topidx deals with NAs in the DEM.
