Summary:
BTabilities returns incorrect results if contrasts other than treatment contrasts are used

Detailed description
BTabilities assumes that treatment contrasts are used and that the first level is the baseline unless the refcat argument was employed.

Should at least give a warning if other contrasts were used in the fit.

Is this bug now resolved, or still alive? I'm not sure.
