Detailed description
Two ideas about checking overlap during a run to make sure that the analysis is going in the right (ie same) direction. 1) split odd/even parent-offspring simulations then after a generation perform KS to make sure that the distributions overlap. If they don't then the gen is rerun 2) in the same idea, we can split odd/even parent-offspring sims and use Bayesian credible interval to see if they overlap by 95%*95%
