Detailed description
Although pdf and eps figures can be created with pgfSweave, specifying prefix.string with the Sweave function causes an error. Please correct the driver to accept this argument to create a directory for created figures. FWIW I came across this with this question on stackoverflow http://stackoverflow.com/q/7759914/65148
