The package for my project dpeaqms is not building either for windows or MacOS. The build log I get back for windows is
dpeaqms log file (build_win64)

The rjags package is just an interface to the JAGS library
which must be separately installed

I think the problem is that rjags (and JAGS) is not installed on the windows or MacOS even though it is installed for linux and the linux build of the package proceeds with no problems. Would it be possible
to install JAGS and rjags on the windows and MacOS R-forge platforms.
