Summary:
package survival not installed for arch=i386 (Windows and MacOS)?

Detailed description
As previously reported in [#2420] package survival seems to be missing (or broken) in i386. As a consequence, mboost (and mboostDevel) are not build since mid December:

http://r-forge.r-project.org/R/?group_id=48&log=build_win64&pkg=mboost&flavor=patched
http://r-forge.r-project.org/R/?group_id=48&log=build_win64&pkg=mboostDevel&flavor=patched

Any hints or solutions on this issue?

As a side note: All packages are reported as "Failed to build" despite the fact that the Linux package was successfully built and checked. Couldn't one provide all successful builds for download (even if other builds failed)? After all this is a development framework where a bug in, say the Windows version, doesn't directly affect the usefulness of the Linux or MacOS version for advanced users or developers.
