Summary:
analogue package not building because princurve package missing on R-Forge |
Detailed description |
Hi,
For the first time on r-forge (other than my stupidity) my analogue package is failing to build. this appears to be due to a missing dependency: princurve. This package is available from CRAN and with it I am able to build analogue.
The build summary is here: http://r-forge.r-project.org/R/?group_id=69
The check log is shown below:
Thu Jan 3 16:15:47 2013: Checking package analogue (SVN revision 297) ...

Package required but not available: ‘princurve’
See the information on DESCRIPTION files in the chapter ‘Creating R
packages’ of the ‘Writing R Extensions’ manual.
Run time: 5.58 seconds.
If you could look into this for me I'd appreciate it.
All the best and happy New Year
