[#2497] R-Forge package builder cannot find some dependencies

Summary:
R-Forge package builder cannot find some dependencies

Detailed description
After updating our project "MAPfastR" on R-Forge, it cannot be built anymore, and the report, e.g. on: http://r-forge.r-project.org/R/?group_id=1458&log=check_x86_64_linux&pkg=MAPfastR&flavor=patched says that three of our dependencies are not available. But one of them is on CRAN and the other two are on R-Forge! It is so weird that the builder cannot find these packages. Please check this for us and enlighten us how this should be fixed.
