1. labeltodendro - This package converts labels to a dendrogram and can be used to summarize groupings achieved by Markov chain Monte Carlo clustering.

2. bclust - Bayesian clustering with variable selection is a fully automatic clustering method, designed for low-sample-size-high-dimensional situations. This might be regarded as a high-dimensional variant of the mclust package.

3. depmixS4 - hidden Markov model classes - depmixS4 fits hidden Markov models on multi-var time series, subject to constraints on the parameters. It reimplements functionality from depmix (only minimally maintained). Response distributions are from glm and others; transitions are time-dependent.
