3. lshorth - Distribution diagnostics based on the lenght of the shorth, the shortest interval containing a specified fraction of the distribution. The diagnostics can be used to detect qualitative features, such as the modality or skewness of a distribution.
6. Cover tree for fast neighbor finding - Cover Trees for fast neighbor searching in metric spaces. A flexible interface for neighbor searching using any proximity function that is a metric.
7. EnQuireR - EnQuireR focuses on categorical variables and allows to automate the survey process. It includes univariate and multivariate data analyses and offers an easier view of the results by the automatic generation of a report and of a presentation via Sweave.
8. NeTomogRaphy - This project will be extended version of work done by Ula Karzelek at the Wrocław University of Technology as the Masters Thesis.
