1. EnQuireR - EnQuireR focuses on categorical variables and allows to automate the survey process. It includes univariate and multivariate data analyses and offers an easier view of the results by the automatic generation of a report and of a presentation via Sweave.

3. ordijuice - ordijuice is package for unconstrained ordination of vegetation data, running under JUICE software (http://www.sci.muni.cz/botany/juice/). Generally a wrapper for functions from package vegan, with some additional functions.
4. BiplotGUI: Interactive Biplots in R - BiplotGUI allows users to construct and interact with biplots in 2D or 3D. Observations are represented as points while variables are represented as calibrated biplot axes. Such biplots are multivariate analogues of ordinary scatter plots.
