2. The forensim package - The forensim package for the R environment provides statistical tools dedicated to the interpretation of forensic DNA mixtures
4. diveMove - diveMove is a package with tools to represent, visualize, filter, analyse, and summarize time-depth recorder (TDR) data. It also provides miscellaneous functions for handling location data.

5. Evolution simulation and classification - After measuring gene frequencies of modern populations that have a common ancestor, we estimate ancestral allele frequency and selection state for each gene. A bayesian model is used and verified using the included simulator.
8. Rgrs - R for french sociologists - Some simple functions to make R usage easier for french social sciences students and researchers (data manipulation, cross-tabulation, import/export from some specific softwares...)
9. SpatialExtremes - The SpatialExtremes package aims to develop tools for the modeling of spatial extremes. The knowledge of the univariate/multivariate distribution of extremes is not enough. This package will try to fill this gap.

11. Risk Assessment with R - This project is devoted to the development of R packages that will help risk assessors to develop and study their models with R.
12. Modelling Peaks Over Threshold - The project consists in developing functions for peaks over threshold modeling. Most of results come from the extreme value theory (EVT). The EVT is currently extensively used, mostly in environmental sciences and finance.
