3. R-Forge Site Admin - This project contains the R-Forge site itself. Bugs, feature requests regarding R-Forge can be send with the implemented tracker.
4. brew - brew implements a templating framework for mixing text and R code for report generation. brew template syntax is similar to PHP, Ruby's erb module, Java Server Pages, and Python's psp module.
5. Rbooks - R-books are an implementation of e-books realised using R. The aim is to provide interactive learning materials for use with a very wide range of students which make use of the underlying functionality of R.
6. NeTomogRaphy - This project will be extended version of work done by Ula Karzelek at the Wrocław University of Technology as the Masters Thesis.
This is passive method which supports automatic overflow sources detection in local networks using R environment.
7. Optimal Two-stage Phase II Design - This R package OptimPhase2 creates the optimal two-stage phase II designs with long-term endpoint. Optimality is defined to minimze either the expected sample size, expected duration of accrual and expected total study length.
