541. Wilcox' Robust Statistics - This is a packaged version of the robust statistics provided by R.R. Wilcox (http://www-rcf.usc.edu/~rwilcox/). Only few help files are included by now, but more and more will be added.

542. WMCapacity - The WMCapacity project implements hierarchical Bayesian models of working memory capacity, including Cowan's (2001) and Pashler's (1988) multinomial tree models. An SPSS-like GUI is provided for model building and MCMC setup.

543. WMTSA and SAPA Tools - This package provides the underlying C code and corresponding R wrappers needed for the sapa, wmtsa, and fractal R packages.

544. WriteXLS - Cross-platform perl based R function to create Excel (XLS) files from one or more data frames.

545. xPos-a - Development of a simulation-based optimization algorithm handling (hopefully) both uncertain and multicriteria evaluations.

546. xts - extensible time series - Provide for uniform handling of R's different time-based data classes, maximizing native format information preservation and allowing for user level customization and extension, while simplifying cross-class interoperability.

548. Yield Curve - Yield curve is modelled by the methodologies of Nelson-Siegel and Svensson. The crucial point is to estimate the coefficients in linear way, according to approach of Diebol and Li. The package also includes the term structure of Fed and ECB.

549. Yuima Project - The project for simulation and inference of multidimensional stochastic differential equations with abstract noise.

550. Zelig: Everyone's Statistical Software - Zelig is unified framework for accessing models from other R packages.

551. Zero-coupon Yield Curve Estimation - The package offers several widely-used term structure estimation procedures, i.e. the parametric Nelson and Siegel approach, Svensson approach and cubic splines.

552. zipfR - modelling type-token statistics - The zipfR package implements "Large Number of Rare Events" (LNRE) models for type-token statistics on word frequencies and other type-rich distributions (e.g. extrapolation of vocabulary growth, or frequency estimates for rare events).

553. ZooImage - ZooImage is a software (based on R and ImageJ) to analyze plankton samples, using image analysis and machine learning techniques.

554. zoo: Time Series Infrastructure - An S3 class with methods for totally ordered indexed observations aimed particularly at irregular time series.

555. Ztricks - An R package providing extensions to the mixed modeling functions of the lme4 package. The "Z tricks" can express mixed models that cannot be expressed in the formula language of lme4.
