BayesSurv - This package estimates mortality with covariates from capture-recapture/recovery data in a Bayesian framework when many individuals are of unknown age. It includes tools for data checking, model diagnostics and outputs such as life-tables and plots.

Register Date: 2011-06-08 10:38

Bayesian AuTomated Metabolite Analyser - Bayesian AuTomated Metabolite Analyser for NMR data (BATMAN). A package for estimating metabolite concentrations from Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectral data using a specialised MCMC algorithm.

Register Date: 2011-03-10 13:46

Bayesian Biclustering - This package uses a Bayesian spike-and-slab model to construct bidendrograms using log posterior as the natural distance defined by the model and calculates importance using log Bayes factor.

Register Date: 2010-04-01 17:54

Bayesian Estimation and Model Checking - This package mainly deals with generalized linear spatial models in Bayesian way for estimation, prediction and model checking.

Register Date: 2011-08-18 03:20

Bayesian Factor Analysis - This package provides model fitting for several Bayesian factor models including Gaussian, ordinal probit, mixed and semiparametric copula factor models. Normal, continuous shrinkage and point-mass sparsity priors for factor loadings are available.
