This project has not yet categorized itself in the Trove Software Map

Register Date: 2013-05-28 14:35

GUTS - GUTS (General Unified Threshold model of Survival) is a stochastic survival model for ecotoxicology. GUTS allows for the fast calculation of the survival probabilities and the logarithm of the corresponding likelihood.

GVAR - Global VAR Modeling - The aim of the GVAR package is to provide a comprehensive framework for unit root and cointegration analysis in multivariate time series data.

Register Date: 2009-10-06 09:09

GWASBinTests - Bin-based analysis of genome-wide association studies Given an a priori partitioning of the genome into regions termed bins, GWASBinTests can compute p-values (and FDRs) of several association tests.

Register Date: 2011-10-07 17:59

GWAtoolbox - An R-package implemented for genome-wide association studies. The main feature is very vast quality check of data before meta-analysis. It provides an extensive list of quality statistics presented using easy-to-use DHTML and graphical outputs.

Gap Analysis - Gap Analysis of ex-situ collections. Selection of sites where there's a demonstrated lack of agricultural biodiversity conservation.

Register Date: 2009-12-31 02:55

Gauss-Seidel Estimation of GLMM - This project implements a block-wise Gauss-Seidel (GS) algorithm to fit Generalized Linear Mixed Models (GLMMs). The GS algorithm allows for a significant performance increase and memory saving.

Register Date: 2011-05-11 13:44

GenABEL - A suite of packages for statistical genomics

Register Date: 2009-08-12 17:07

Gene set analysis with asymptotic pvalue - mGSZ is a gene set analysis method based on GSZ statistics (Törönen et al.,2009) and asymptotic p-value. mGSZ is different from the standard GSZ method in that it assigns asymptotic p-values to the gene set scores instead of empirical p-values.

Register Date: 2014-02-14 10:16

General functions for accelerometry - This package contains a collection of functions that perform operations on time-series accelerometer data, such as identify non-weartime, flag minutes that are part of an activity bout, and find the maximum 10-minute average count value.

Register Date: 2013-07-30 03:35

Generalised Semi-linear CCA - Generalized Semi-linear Canonical Correlation Analysis (GSLCCA) estimates the parameters of a given nonlinear model to maximize the correlation with a linear combination of multiple response variables.
This project has not yet categorized itself in the Trove Software Map

Register Date: 2011-08-05 12:23

Generalized DGC - The gDGC package provides routines to perform the univariate and multivariate versions of the DGC multiple-means-comparison method (Di Rienzo, et al 2002; Valdano and Di Rienzo, 2007).
This project has not yet categorized itself in the Trove Software Map

Register Date: 2010-05-03 21:03

Generalized Multilevel Permutation Model - The gmpm package seeks to provide a comprehensive framework for performing synchronized permutation tests on multilevel experimental data.

Register Date: 2009-08-24 00:41

Generalized iLUCK-models - Interval/imprecise probability models allowing non-stochastic uncertainty in Bayesian analysis by defining sets of conjugate priors such that the set of posteriors, obtained by updating each prior in the set by Bayes' rule, is still easy to handle.

Register Date: 2010-03-06 00:28

Generalized method of moments - This package offers a complete set of tools to estimate models based on moment conditions. It includes the generalized method of moments (GMM) and the generalized empirical likelihood (GEL).

Register Date: 2009-09-03 14:03

Generalized ridge trace plots - The genridge package introduces generalizations of the standard univariate ridge trace plot used in ridge regression and related methods. These graphical methods show both bias and precision.
