Marker dosage estimation for polyploids: Project Home – R-Forge

Project description

The packages polySegratio and polySegratioMM provide tools to estimate marker dosage from segregation ratios for dominant markers in autopolyploids. Chi-squared, binomial and Bayesian mixture models using JAGS are available.
