plumbCNV: [see github: nicholasjcooper]: Project Home – R-Forge

It has been shown that a comprehensive quality control battery for Log-R-Ratio intensity data is needed to reduce the high false positive rate for rare CNV detection [Shtir et al, 2013]. PlumbCNV is an R package that automates this QC pipeline.
