Important internal changes to xts/zoo

In an ongoing effort to backport some of the C code developed for xts into zoo, xts now is "LinkingTo" zoo. This requires a level of synchronization in the near-term to make sure the C code that previously resided in xts is found/linked to the C now in zoo. If you find xts not compiling, please update zoo to the most current svn version.
