Hi Amanda, There is something funny with yout RR intervals. The distances between each pair of consecutive beats always increase by a constant factor of exactly 0.025 seconds. This is physiologically impossible both because of the regularity of the increase and because of the short distance between beats. Regards |

Hi, I am following the basic tutorial and everything is going well until I try to plot the NIHR. Something is being plotted, but it doesn't look like heart rate, it's more like box's stacked together. The axis numbers seem to be the wrong way around to what is in the tutorial but the labels are correct. I am also uploading a plain text file rather than ascii...I don't know if this is an issue (the other plot works fine). I have uploaded my text file and plot, if anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate it. Thanks, Amanda |
