Could we support brushing in RHRV? The current support for annotating episodes (e.g. apnoe) should be a base. Support generating an episode by interactive selection. The other side is response. Currently, recurrence plots are in my focus. This relates to nonlinearTSeries. For a start, a minimal implementation would be: a) return in nonlinearTseries:::recurrencePlotAux invisible(neighs.matrix) b) add support to highlight/recover the neighbouthood of some selected point. The rest can be done with generic means. If this is not clear, I can generate a mock demonstration. Yours, gs. |
